I would like to start this blog post saying that: please do not take any  explanation  present in this page seriously. What I know about hatching: Hatching is a drawing technique that consists into making parallel lines with variable spaces and angles between each other to create shades, tones and volume to any shape. Techniques for hatching: To create a cross hatching pattern is needed to draw lines in opposite sides that collides with each other For shading, is recommended to condense the space in the middle of the lines and gradually decline at the direction of the light, creating volume. This tip is also used  to emphasize depth
